At Courtside Tennis & Pickleball, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that rackets must have the plastic wrap on the handle intact and show no signs of court use to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place your unused items back in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and tennis rackets are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange item within 3-5 business days.
